Pretty piss-poor Microsoft can't even tell you which section is causing the problem. Thankfully I was able to delete just three sections before I found the culprit.
I still have not clue what it didn't like about this section, as even with it blank, it failed to export. So, I went back to one of the copies I made of my main Notebook, grabbed the text from it (it was just checkboxes with text), threw that into Notepad++, deleted the section, created a new section with the same name, re-added my checkboxes and text and it exported successfully. It wasn't until I deleted that section that it exported successfully. I tried to rename that section (with no pages in this section). I then left that section in, but deleted all of the pages and tried to Export. I then deleted each one of those three sections individually and discovered just one single section was causing the issue. Luckily, I only had to delete the first three sections to get it to Export properly. Open the exported notebook through OneNote 2016, click File -> Share, select a folder in OneDrive for Business, input. Export the notebook to a local drive and close the private notebook. I made several copies of my Notebook and started deleting 2-3 sections at a time, then would attempt to export. Open the private notebook through OneNote 2016, click File -> Export -> Notebook, select the default OneNote Package (.onepkg) file type and click Export. I fix this problem, but I still have no idea why it didn't like this one section.
